How to cleanse your kidneys

A Friend of mine know that I am always looking for natural and herbal remedies and she shared this remedy for a kidney cleanser using parsley.

It’s important that we keep our kidneys functioning properly because they filter about 4,000 quarts of blood daily.
We are more susceptible to diseases when our kidneys have an accumulation of salt and poisons.
Parsley is known as the best cleaning treatment for your kidneys and it is natural!
Take a bunch of parsley and wash it clean.
Then cut it into small pieces and place it in a pot.  Next, pour in clean water and bring to a  boil for ten minutes.  Let it cool down, then filter and pour into a clean bottle.  Keep Refrigerated.
Drink one glass daily and feel better.
Parsley should not be used in large amounts by pregnant women or those taking blood thinning medication.
Here’s a short list of other herbs use for kidney cleanse:
  • Black Cherry concentrate

  • Gravel      root
  • Ginger*
